Rename agent-ramdisk job to ironic-python-agent

The buildimage jobs for TripleO need to have the job named with
ironic-python-agent, instead of agent-ramdisk. This patch also removes
the deploy-image jobs, as those are no longer relevant, and haven't
been for quite some time.
